- Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, the specific custom software developed for the client will be transferred as per the terms of the signed Service Agreement.
- Website Content: All text, graphics, and logos on this site are the property of Quantora Prime.
4. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay all fees according to the payment schedule defined in their specific project proposal. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of development services or a delay in final deployment.
5. User Obligations
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose. You are prohibited from attempting to circumvent our security measures, reverse-engineering our proprietary code, or using our services to distribute malicious software.
6. Limitation of Liability
Quantora Prime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software services. We do not guarantee that our services will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted, although we strive for maximum excellence.
7. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
